Ways to Entertain Your Guests at Tobacco Ranch

After your ceremony you will want to make sure to grab those family and group photos. The photography trail and all the unique touches around the ranch are perfect backdrops for memorable photos. Our lighted photography trail winds through a portion of our 80-acre property and is perfect for those intimate couple’s photos.

But what about all your other guests? Your guests are free to venture further through the grounds to find the perfect spot to commemorate their time at your wedding.

Are you horse lovers? At Tobacco Ranch, you have the option to add Clydesdale Horses to your wedding package. You and your wedding party can enjoy a carriage ride through town, as well as an option to incorporate them into your ceremony and your guests are sure to enjoy seeing these majestic horses at the ranch.

With a sprawling event space, you can place your hors d’oeuvres stations in convenient locations. By having them available in one or both barns, or even on the covered patio, your guests can easily mingle while enjoying cocktail hour and their surroundings. Bar service is also available indoors as well as from our outside service window. Even better, there is a unique silo bar situated right next to a firepit!

The firepit is a wonderful place for your guests to gather around and enjoy a drink as they wait for your grand entrance. Not to worry, we provide the firewood and keep it going all night for you! After dinner, why not set up a s’mores bar? Everyone could enjoy a sweet treat while enjoying the ambiance.

Cornhole and photobooths are also very popular ways to entertain your guests throughout your reception. Tobacco Ranch has cornhole boards onsite, so no need to bring those along. Of course, we also have photobooths and props so you don’t have to search for yet another vendor.

What about a thoughtfully chosen DJ? Believe me, you want a DJ that not only helps you stay on time and is a great MC but can keep the party going. Our Sound Productions DJs are highly skilled and experienced and can help make your reception one to remember!
